How to Get to the Giro

Coming to race from out of town?

We have directions on how to get to Burnaby from the US border, Tswwassen ferry terminal and the airport.

1. From the border:

If you are coming from Seattle, Portland, or anywhere south of the border, we recommend the following route to get to the Giro di Burnaby.

Take the I-5 to the Blaine/Peace Arch border crossing. From the border, take Highway 99 north to Vancouver. Follow Highway 99 over the Oak St. Bridge.

After the Oak Street Bridge turn right onto SW Marine Drive. Follow Marine Drive for several kilometers and then turn left onto Boundary Rd. Boundary Rd will take you right up to Burnaby Heights (see map).

2. From the Tswwassen ferry:

If you are coming to Burnaby from Vancouver Island via Tswwassen, follow these directions.

Leaving the ferry, follow Highway 17 north, past Ladner Trunk Road/Hwy 10, until Highway 99. Take the Highway 99 off-ramp, and head north through the George Massey Tunnel. Follow Highway 99 over the Oak St. Bridge.

After the Oak Street Bridge turn right onto SW Marine Drive. Follow Marine Drive for several kilometers and then turn left onto Boundary Rd. Boundary Rd will take you right up to Burnaby Heights (see map).
